Bonds, form and covenants to be made by county commission--rightsof holders--provisions not exclusive.

205.169. 1. The county commission issuing bonds under theprovisions of sections 205.161 to 205.169 shall prescribe theform, details and incidents of the bonds, and the countycommission shall make such covenants as in its judgment areadvisable or necessary properly to secure the payment thereof;but the form, details, incidents, and covenants shall not beinconsistent with any of the provisions of sections 205.161 to205.169.

2. The holder of any bonds issued hereunder or of anycoupons representing interest accrued thereon* may, by civilaction, compel the county commission issuing such bonds toperform all duties imposed upon it by the provisions of sections205.161 to 205.169 and to enforce the performance of any and allof the covenants made by the county commission in the issuance ofthe bonds.

3. The provisions of sections 205.161 to 205.169 shall notbe exclusive of other legal methods of financing hospitals andrelated facilities, but shall furnish an alternative method offinance.
