Treasurer to give bond.

205.500. The treasurer, before entering upon the dischargeof his duties as such, shall enter into a bond to the hospital,with two or more sureties, to be approved by the board,conditioned that he will render a faithful and just account ofall money that may come into his hands as such treasurer, andotherwise perform the duties of his office according to law, saidbond to be filed with the president of the board.
