205.820. It shall be the duty of said board to keep a recordof its proceedings and of its receipts, expenditures andoperations, and shall annually render a full and completeitemized report, stating the condition of their trust, togetherwith such other suggestions as they may deem of general interestto the mayor and common council of said cities and the countycommission of said counties; provided, said board shall renderreports concerning receipts, expenditures, operations, etc.,whenever called for by the common council of said cities or thecounty commission of said counties.
