May be deputized by inspection section as agent--powers,authority (third and fourth class counties).

205.920. The county superintendent of public welfare and hisassistants may be deputized by the director of the inspectionsection of the department of labor and industrial relations, ashis agent or agents, and when they are so deputized by thedirector, they shall have the same powers and authority as deputyindustrial inspectors.
