If petition sufficient county commission to order election.

206.050. If the territory, petition and proceedings meet therequirements of this chapter, the commissioners of the countycommission shall in and by the order finding and determining thesufficiency of the petition and that the territory meets therequirements of the chapter * order the question to be submitted tothe voters of the proposed district.
