Results of election to be entered in county records.

206.080. The county commissioners shall cause the orderdetermining and declaring results of the election to be enteredupon the records of the commission and a certified copy thereofshall be filed with the county clerk of each other county inwhich the proposed district lies who shall cause the same to bespread upon the records of the county commission. If the ordershows that the majority of the votes cast on the question are infavor thereof, the order shall declare the district organized.
