Revenue bonds not an indebtedness of the issuing authority.
206.124. Any bonds issued under and pursuant to sections206.122 to 206.128 shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness ofthe state of Missouri, or of any city or of the board ofdirectors, or of the individual members of the board of directorsand shall not be deemed to be an indebtedness within the meaningof any constitutional or statutory limitation upon the incurringof indebtedness.
