Board as trustee may accept and hold property donated--duties.

206.150. Any person desiring to donate property for thebenefit of a hospital, constructed or to be constructed underthis chapter, may vest title to the property so donated in theboard of directors created under this chapter, and the board ofdirectors shall hold and control the property so received andaccepted according to the terms of the deed, gift, devise orbequest of the property, and shall be a trustee of the propertyand shall take title to all property it may acquire in the nameof the district and shall control the property for the purposesprovided in this chapter.
