Division of family services may receive and expend donations andbequests.

209.020. Said division of family services is authorized toreceive and use for the purposes herein enumerated, or any ofthem, donations and bequests, and is authorized to expend suchdonations and bequests in such manner as it may deem properwithin the limitations imposed by the donors thereof.
