209.090. Monthly, the division of family services shallprepare a separate roll of persons entitled to receive blindpension, which roll shall be in triplicate, showing the name,post-office address, amount of pension payable, and such otherinformation as the division of family services may determine tobe necessary. One copy of each roll shall be retained as arecord by the division of family services. The original roll andone copy properly certified by the director, or his authorizedagent, shall be delivered to the commissioner of administration,who shall certify the same for payment and prepare one warrantfor the total amount payable to the division of family services,which warrant shall be attached to the copy of the roll anddelivered to the state treasurer. The commissioner ofadministration shall retain the original roll as a record of hisoffice. The state treasurer upon receiving said roll, warrant,and checks prepared by the division of family services for eachperson on said roll, shall sign said checks and deliver same tothe division of family services for delivery to the properpayees.
