Persons violating provisions of law guilty of misdemeanor.

209.140. Any person or persons found guilty of violating anyof the provisions of sections 209.010 to 209.160 shall be deemedguilty of a misdemeanor; and any person who shall willfully andfraudulently violate any of the provisions of sections 209.010 to209.160 for the purpose of obtaining any benefits thereunder, towhich such person is not entitled, shall, in addition to thepenalties otherwise provided herein, forfeit all right to futurebenefits hereunder.
