State and its political subdivisions and tax money recipients toemploy visually handicapped on same terms as other employees,exception.

209.180. The blind and the visually handicapped shall beemployed in the state service, the service of the politicalsubdivisions of the state, in the public schools, and in allother employment supported in whole or in part by public funds onthe same terms and conditions as the able-bodied, unless it isshown that the particular disability prevents the performance ofthe work involved.
