Certificate may be suspended, denied or revoked--hearing procedure.

209.317. 1. The board may suspend, deny or revoke acertificate if an interpreter:

(1) Impersonates another person holding interpretercertification;

(2) Allows another person to use the interpreter'scertificate;

(3) Uses fraud, deception or misrepresentation in thecertification process;

(4) Harasses, abuses or threatens a member of the board,evaluation team or a support staff person who is administeringthe system;

(5) Intentionally divulges confidential informationrelating to the certification process, including content, topic,vocabulary, skills or any other testing material;

(6) Fails to achieve a minimum satisfactory certificationlevel.

2. The board shall provide that any hearing concerning thedenial, suspension or revocation of a certificate shall followadministrative procedures for hearings as provided in chapter621, RSMo.
