Identification of children receiving foster care, report togeneral assembly, contents.

210.111. By January 1, 2005, the children's division shall identifyall children in the custody of the division currently receiving foster careservices and shall report to the general assembly the type of foster carebeing provided, including but not limited to care provided in a licensedfoster care home, institutional setting, residential setting, independentliving setting, or kinship care setting, and the status of all suchchildren. Nothing in this section shall be construed as requiring thedivision to disclose the identity or precise location of any child in thecustody of the division.
