210.130. 1. Oral reports of abuse or neglect shall be madeto the division by telephone or otherwise.
2. Such reports shall include the following information:The names and addresses of the child and his parents or otherpersons responsible for his care, if known; the child's age, sex,and race; the nature and extent of the child's injuries, abuse,or neglect, including any evidence of previous injuries, abuse,or neglect to the child or his siblings; the name, age andaddress of the person responsible for the injuries, abuse orneglect, if known; family composition; the source of the report;the name and address of the person making the report, hisoccupation, and where he can be reached; the actions taken by thereporting source, including the taking of color photographs orthe making of radiologic examinations pursuant to sections210.110 to 210.165, or both such taking of color photographs ormaking of radiologic examinations, removal or keeping of thechild, notifying the coroner or medical examiner, and otherinformation that the person making the report believes may behelpful in the furtherance of the purposes of sections 210.110 to210.165.
3. Evidence of sexual abuse or sexual molestation of anychild under eighteen years of age shall be turned over to thedivision within twenty-four hours by those mandated to report.
