Definitions.

210.171. As used in sections 210.170 to 210.173 and section 143.1000,RSMo, the following terms shall mean:

(1) "Board", the children's trust fund board created in section 210.170;

(2) "Prevention program", any community-based educational or serviceprogram designed to prevent or alleviate child abuse or neglect.
