Assistance for division in licensure of foster homes.

210.521. 1. The division may designate to act for it alicensed child placing agency to inspect and recommend forlicensure foster homes and prospective foster homes eitherutilized by or to be utilized by that child placing agency.

2. The division may designate to act for it aninstrumentality of any political subdivision of the state ofMissouri deemed by the division to be competent to assist ininvestigating and inspecting licensees and applicants forlicense.
