Grievance procedure for decisions of division, requirements--judicialreview authorized.

210.526. 1. Any person aggrieved by a final decision of thedivision made in the administration of sections 210.481 to210.536 shall be entitled to judicial review as provided inchapter 536, RSMo.

2. The division shall establish a grievance procedure whichshall be available to licensees under sections 210.481 to 210.536and shall inform all licensees of that procedure in writing.
