Financial responsibility for child, how fixed.

210.625. The financial responsibility for any child placed pursuantto the provisions of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Childrenshall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article VIIthereof, in the first instance. However, in the event of partial orcomplete default of performance thereunder, the provisions of state lawsfixing responsibility for the support of children also may be invoked.
