Placement authority of courts, retention of jurisdiction.

210.635. Any court having jurisdiction to place delinquent childrenmay place such a child in an institution of or in another state pursuant toArticle III of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children andshall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article IV thereof.
