Court to have continuing jurisdiction for certain proceedings--dutiesto review children under continued foster care, when--goals.

210.730. The court shall possess continuing jurisdiction inproceedings under sections 210.700 to 210.760 and, in the case ofchildren who are continued under foster care, shall review thestatus of the child whenever it deems necessary or desirable, butat least once every six months. It shall be the goal of thecourt and the authorized agency in whose custody a child has beenplaced, that the percentage of children who are in foster care inexcess of twenty-four months shall not exceed thirty percent inany fiscal year.
