Right to testify at foster care hearings, qualifications, limitation.

210.761. Any person who has provided foster care to a child at anytime in a two-year period prior to any hearing concerning the childconducted pursuant to the provisions of sections 210.700 to 210.760, shallbe allowed to* testify at such hearing. The court may limit such testimonyto evidence the court finds relevant and material.
