Applicability of certain statutes.

210.844. In a proceeding to determine the existence of the parent andchild relationship brought pursuant to the provisions of sections 454.010to 454.360, RSMo, or pursuant to the provisions of sections 454.850 to454.997, RSMo, the provisions of sections 210.817, 210.822 and 210.834shall apply, but no other provisions of sections 210.818 through 210.852shall apply.
