210.933. For any elder-care worker listed in the registry or who hassubmitted the registration form as required by sections 210.900 to 210.936,an elder-care provider may access the registry in lieu of the requirementsestablished pursuant to section 660.315, RSMo, or to subsections* 3, 4 and5 of section 660.317, RSMo.
