211.411. 1. It is the duty of circuit, prosecuting and cityattorneys, and county counselors representing the state or a cityin any court, to give the juvenile officer such aid andcooperation as may not be inconsistent with the duties of theiroffices.
2. It is the duty of police officers, sheriffs and otherauthorized persons taking a child into custody to giveinformation of that fact immediately to the juvenile court or tothe juvenile officer or one of his deputies and to furnish thejuvenile court or the juvenile officer all the facts in theirpossession pertaining to the child, its parents, guardian orother persons interested in the child, together with the reasonsfor taking the child into custody.
3. It is the duty of all other public officials anddepartments to render all assistance and cooperation within theirjurisdictional power which may further the objects of thischapter. The court is authorized to seek the cooperation of allsocieties and organizations having for their object theprotection or aid of children and of any person or organizationinterested in the welfare of children.
