213.025. The provisions of section 213.020 relating to themembers of the commission on human rights serving withoutcompensation to the contrary notwithstanding, whenever any memberof the commission serves as a member of a panel to hearcomplaints involving alleged discriminatory practices under thischapter he shall receive as compensation for such duty the sum offifty dollars for each day he actually serves on such panel andshall be reimbursed for his reasonable and necessary expensesactually incurred in the performance of his duties on the panel.
