Private use of trust funds prohibited.

214.360. No cemetery operator, nor any director, officer orshareholder of any cemetery may borrow or in any other way makeuse of the endowed care funds for his own use, directly orindirectly, or for furthering or developing his or any othercemetery, nor may any trustee lend or make such funds availablefor said purpose or for the use of any operator or any director,officer or shareholder of any cemetery.
