Bankruptcy, assignment for benefit of creditors, endowed carefund exempt.

214.363. In the event of a cemetery's bankruptcy,insolvency, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, theendowed care funds shall not be available to any creditor asassets of the cemetery's owner or to pay any expenses of anybankruptcy or similar proceeding, but shall be retained intact toprovide for the future maintenance of the cemetery.
