Prospective purchaser of endowed care cemetery, right to recentaudit--right to continue operation, notification by division.

214.367. A prospective purchaser or transferee of any endowed carecemetery, with the written consent of the cemetery operator, may obtain acopy of the cemetery's most recent audit or inspection report from thedivision. The division shall inform the prospective purchaser ortransferee, within thirty days, whether the cemetery may continue tooperate and be represented as an endowed care cemetery.
