Existing cemeteries to operate under law--local law applicable.

214.390. Cemeteries existing at the time of the adoptionof sections 214.270 to 214.410 shall hereafter be operatedsubject to the provisions of sections 214.270 to 214.410. Wherean ordinance or order is established by a county, city, town orvillage which relates to the maintenance of cemetery property,including the control of weeds and other debris, all cemeteries,including nonperpetual cemeteries, shall be maintainedconsistent with the provisions of the ordinance or order.
