Cemeteries acquired by the city at tax sales or as nuisances may besold.

214.500. Any cemetery located in a city not within a county, which hasbecome the property of such city pursuant to section 214.205 or a public taxsale may be sold to another cemetery operator or anot-for-profit corporation which is unrelated to the previous cemeteryoperator.
