Previous cemetery owner liable, when.

214.508. Any cemetery operator who purchases a cemetery from a citynot within a county shall not be held liable or responsible for anyconditions existing or actions taken which occurred prior to the cemeteryoperator's purchase from such city; except that, the exemption provided inthis section shall not relieve any previous owner or wrongdoer for theiractions related to such cemetery.
