Housing development commission, powers and duties in administeringhousing trust fund--report.

215.039. 1. In administering the Missouri housing trustfund, the Missouri housing development commission may, in itsdiscretion, enter into agreements with municipal or countygovernment entities for the purpose of assisting programs ofactivities of such entities that meet the purposes of theMissouri housing trust fund established in sections 215.034 to215.039.

2. The Missouri housing development commission is herebygranted all powers necessary to carry out the purposes ofsections 215.034 to 215.039, including the authority to writerules and regulations pursuant to section 215.030 and chapter536, RSMo.

3. The Missouri housing development commission shallpublish an annual report which shall include, but not be limitedto, the types of projects assisted and fund expenditures made bythe Missouri housing trust fund. Copies of such annual reportsshall be submitted to the governor and the members of the generalassembly on or before January fifteenth of each year.
