Debt service reserve fund--deposits to--investment of.

215.070. The commission may establish a special fund to beknown as the "Debt Service Reserve Fund", and shall pay into suchdebt service reserve fund:

(1) Any moneys appropriated and made available by the statefor the purposes of such fund;

(2) Any proceeds from the sale of bonds by the commission,to the extent provided in the resolution of the commissionauthorizing the issuance thereof; and

(3) Any other moneys which may be made available to thecommission for the purpose of such fund from any other source orsources.All moneys held in the debt service reserve fund shall beinvested in accordance with subdivision (9) of section 215.030and as the commission may by resolution determine.
