Discrimination prohibited.

215.110. The commission shall require that occupancy of allhousing financed or otherwise assisted under sections 215.010 to215.250 be open to all persons regardless of race, nationalorigin, religion, or creed, and that contractors andsubcontractors engaged in the construction or rehabilitation ofsuch housing shall provide equal opportunity for employment,without discrimination as to race, national origin, religion orcreed.
