Property and obligations of commission tax exempt.

215.200. The commission shall not be required to pay anytaxes and assessments to the state of Missouri, or any county,municipality or other governmental subdivision of the state ofMissouri, upon any of its property or upon its obligations orother evidences of indebtedness pursuant to the provisions ofsections 215.010 to 215.250, or upon any moneys, funds, revenuesor other income held or received by the commission, and the notesand bonds of the commission and the income therefrom shall at alltimes be exempt from taxation, as aforesaid, except for death andgift taxes, taxes on transfers, sales taxes, real property taxesand business and occupation taxes.
