Commission funds not to inure to private persons, exceptions.

215.220. No part of the funds of the commission shall inureto the benefit of or be distributable to its members or officersor other private persons except that the commission shall beauthorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation, otherthan to the members of the commission, for services rendered andto make loans as previously specified in furtherance of itspurpose, provided that no such loans shall be made to any memberof the commission.
