Grants or loans not awarded without implementation of certainoversight procedures (Kansas City).

215.246. Beginning July 1, 2006, the commission shall not awardgrants or loans to any home rule city with more than four hundred thousandinhabitants and located in more than one county unless the governing bodyof such city has implemented oversight procedures to review expendituresand development plans for all housing contracts in excess of one hundredthousand dollars.
