Affordable housing defined, staff to be provided by department ofeconomic development.

215.263. 1. For purposes of sections 215.261 to 215.263,the term "affordable housing" means all residential structuresnewly constructed or rehabilitated, which a person earning onehundred fifteen percent or less of the median income for theperson's county, as determined by the United States Bureau of theCensus, could afford if spending twenty-nine percent of thatperson's gross income annually on such housing.

2. Clerical, research and general administrative supportstaff for the commission shall be provided by the Missouridepartment of economic development.
