Public hearing and consultations required before subsidies granted.

215.316. Prior to entering agreements to grant additionalsubsidies to the owner of a subsidized multifamily rental housingproject, the Missouri housing development commission shallconsult with the owner, the tenants, the local government, andHUD and shall hold a public hearing. The Missouri housingdevelopment commission shall give due consideration to anycomments submitted by the tenants and the local government withregards to the expansion of affordability.
