Capacity of correctional centers, how determined--emergencyassignment.

217.210. 1. The maximum capacity of correctional centers shall bedetermined by the director of the department.

2. When any correctional center is at the maximum capacity, anoffender may be assigned to that correctional center only when an emergencyis declared by the director of the department.
