Probation and parole board to have access to offenders and records,when.

217.270. All correctional employees shall:

(1) Grant to members of the state board of probation andparole or its properly accredited representatives access at allreasonable times to any offender;

(2) Furnish to the board the reports that the board requiresconcerning the conduct and character of any offender in theircustody; and

(3) Furnish any other facts deemed pertinent by the board inthe determination of whether an offender shall be paroled.
