Department to conduct tests--assignment of offender.

217.330. 1. The department shall conduct such testing and otherdiagnostic examinations as may by rule be established by the director andshall assign the offender to the appropriate correctional center.

2. The reception and diagnostic centers shall deliver to thecorrectional center to which the offender is assigned a report of itsfindings and appropriate recommendations.
