Emancipation of certain juvenile offenders for certain purposes.
217.343. Offenders who are younger than seventeen years of age andhave been adjudicated as an adult shall be emancipated for the purpose ofdecision making and participation in all department programs and services,including but not limited to medical care, mental health care, treatmentprograms, educational programs, work assignments, and rehabilitativeprograms.
