Escapee's apprehension--reward may be offered, limitations.
217.395. Whenever an offender escapes, the division directorshall take all proper measures for the apprehension of theoffender and may pay a reward for his apprehension and delivery.The reward shall not exceed five hundred dollars and shall notapply to law enforcement officers or employees of the department.
