Compact not to require application of habitual defender law.

217.505. Nothing in sections 217.490 to 217.520 or in theagreement on detainers shall be construed to require theapplication of the habitual offender law, sections 556.280 and556.290, RSMo, to any person on account of any conviction had ina proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use ofthis agreement.
