Catalog of products furnished public officers--institutions to reportestimates of needs.

217.580. 1. The department shall develop a program topromote the products and services available from the vocationalenterprises program.

2. Once every year, the vocational enterprises programshall issue a descriptive list of the styles, designs, qualitiesand types of goods, materials or services available for theensuing year.

3. On July first of each year the proper officers of thestate and of the divisions, agencies and institutions andpolitical subdivisions of the state shall report to thevocational enterprises program estimates for the ensuing year ofthe amount of supplies of different kinds or the types ofservices required to be purchased by them that can or may befurnished by the vocational enterprises program.
