Handbook of rules governing conduct of paroleesfurnished to whom, duties of board.

217.675. The members of the board shall prepare and cause tobe published a handbook containing all rules, regulations, andsuggestions governing the conduct of parolees. Handbooks shallbe furnished to all parolees and to any employer of a parolee whorequests it. The handbook shall be continuously revised andupdated by the board.
