Secretary to be appointed, duties.
217.682. The board shall appoint a secretary who shall serveat the pleasure of the board. It shall be the duty of thesecretary to keep a full and true record of all books, documentsand papers ordered filed and of all orders made, approved andconfirmed by it. It shall be the responsibility of the secretaryto provide administrative assistance to the board as it deemsappropriate and necessary to carry out the goals of the board.
