Grand jury to visit jail, when.

221.300. It shall be the duty of the grand jury, at eachterm, or a committee, to consist of at least three membersthereof, to visit the jail of their county, and examine thecondition thereof, and inquire into the treatment of theprisoners, and make report thereof to the court.
